My first Received Postcard from Singapore with Postcrossing

Four month ago I found Postcrossing and signup a new Postcrosser. Postcrossing is an online project that allows its members to send and receive postcards from all over the world. The project's tag line is "send a postcard and receive a postcard back from a random person somewhere in the world!” It's amazing really, in this internet age, that postcard sending survives, but it does, and it's begun growing again. Initially I only could send 5 postcards because of Postcrossing’s limit. I sent postcards to Poland, Germany, U.S.A., Malta, Russia. I have never visted the countries except for U.S.A.
Every Saturday I check the post office box, read it and enjoy my breakfast. It make my day very exciting and let me want to share on my blog. A girl who is from Singapore sent me the first postcard. I read the story in the postcard. Here…look.

Careful, Captain. This is rather tricky.” I finally tracked down this sentence in Tintinin Tibet. Tintin in Tibet (French: Tintin au Tibet) is the twentieth volume of The Adventures of Tintin, the comics series by Belgian cartoonist Hergé. The story tells of the young reporter Tintin in search of his friend Chang Chong-Chen, who the authorities claim has died in a plane crash in the Himalayas. Convinced that Chang has survived, Tintin leads his companions across the Himalayas to the plateau of Tibet, along the way encountering the mysterious Yeti. This is a comic with a good story to it. I think I will tell my baby this story.

I also tracked down Linda’s mailbox location in Sembawang. Although I have visited Singapore last year, I have never been there. I read Sembawang’s wiki and found the attractions include Bottle Tree Village, Sembawang Park, Sembawang Park Connector, Simpang Kiri Park Connector and Sembawang Hot Spring. I hope we will be back someday.

Maybe I can stay at Orchid Country ClubHotel. It is near Sembawang. It is like staying in the country side quiet and fresh air. You have everything you need. It is very relaxing and comfortable. The room was rather pricey.
