Last year Bretoi’s family stayed overnight at my place. They stopped over in Taiwan for several days en route to Bend, Oregon. It is because of budget airline that Taiwan became a famous place. So I want to introduce more about Taiwan.
The former name Formosa (福爾摩沙) dates from 1544, when Portuguese sailors sighted the main island of Taiwan and named it Ilha Formosa, which means "Beautiful Island". The island of Taiwan is a more fashionable travel destination for both travelers and tourists. Taiwan is remarkable for everything from its booming business to its ancient culture. Even if Taiwan is much less than 14,000 square miles in region, it is the place to find over 22 million individuals. Modern Taiwan is defined by the migration of mainland Chinese citizens to the island pursuing the Communist revolution of China over 65 years ago.
